All orders are shipped using FedEx. Your  shipping service speed may be chosen at checkout-time.  Available options are ground, 3-day, 2-day and next day service.

We charge our actual shipping costs, so the prices are fair.

To get a shipping price, please add your desired item(s) to your shopping cart and choose your country from the list on the shopping cart page.  You will see a list of shipping methods and the costs associated with each.

Please note that our shipping cut-off time is noon EST.  We apply our best effort to get your packages shipped before the next shipping cutoff time.

We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.  Delivery times are measured in business days from the time that FedEx receives the package.

For orders destined for the USA, we ship Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from Buffalo, NY, USA.

For orders destined for Canada or any other international destination, we ship weekdays from Toronto, ON, Canada.

No taxes are charged to any USA customers.  Canadian customers must pay 7% GST.  Ontario residents must pay GST + 8% PST.  Since we are using FedEx Express service, no brokerage fees will be charged to international customers (non USA/Canadian), however,  customers may be required to pay duties and/or taxes to import the goods into their country.  This charge will be billed directly to the recipient by FedEx.
